As Alberta went into enhanced lockdown measures due to Covid-19, I wrapped up my final family portrait session for 2020.
I am always thankful to have Canada's Rocky Mountains my spectacular of backdrop. However, this year I have been especially thankful when space is a lifeline to health, sanity, and, in my case, work.
Kelly Learned and family were planning a Christmas of isolation and thoughtfully organized to have these portraits taken, with hopes they'd help ease the pain of distance.
We had fun exploring new locations around Canmore's Alpine Club as we grabbed every last minute of sunlight during these short December days.
