Family Portrait - Banff - Cascade Ponds

Small family, big landscape!

I think it's important to capture families both up-close and far-away. This helps highlight both their connections to each other and the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Even for this local family, the effects of time haven't diminished their appreciation for their spectacular surroundings.

It wouldn't be a family portrait without some extra focus on the smallest members from canines to humans. And these twosomes were a pleasure to work with as their admiration for each other shone through.

Finally, Meg asked me if we'd have time for a few individual images during the Family Portrait session. This isn't always the case, but thankfully we did because she looked stunning!

I look forward to seeing, and photographing, this family again!
